Life Coaching
A reminder that this site is in the early days of construction. Please do not hesitate to contact me paul.vittle@lifecoachingplus.co.uk

There is so much written on the Internet about Life Coaching that it reminds me of advertisements for washing powder and toothpaste; so many claims that the product on screen is whiter and brighter than all the rest. The truth as far as I am concerned is that if you are seriously interested in Life Coaching and you have researched what it involves, then the most important decision that you will make is finding the right coach to suit your needs and someone with whom you feel comfortable. Not comfortable as in non challenging but someone with whom after a very short while, you feel you have established a rapport, or connection. In short: someone who you feel you can trust. For this reason I always insist that the first contact either by e-mail, telephone or even face to face is entirely free. In this way I can explain my commitment to you and what coaching sessions will involve. You can ask any questions you feel necessary. I can explain what I expect from you and tell you about my charges: but above all you will get a feel of whether I am the appropriate coach to meet your needs. I am a mature man and you will see from this site something of my background and interests. I may be the right coach for you but if not, you have only added to your search, at no expense other than time.
It would be so tempting to fall into the style of advertising that many Life Coaches are using on the Internet. For example, 'Are you are going through a life change or transition and do you feel stuck and unable to move forward? Do you want to improve your confidence, self esteem, relationships at work and at home?' Enough!!!
So no more advertising. What I would like to do instead is to share with you a few of my favourite 'one liners' in the hope that they make you think about your life.

'If the only tool you have in life is a hammer it is no wonder that you see every problem as a nail.'
'You cannot discover new oceans until you have the courage to lose sight of the shore.'
'You cannot rub out yesterday's picture, but you can colour in a new one today.'
'If you do not know where you are going, you will end up somewhere else.'
So why not take your first step and ask a question paul.vittle@lifecoachingplus.co.uk
